• Items must be exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date.
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be exchanged unless there is a defect or error on our part.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all exchanges.

Exchange Process:

1. Contact Us: Email us at hassaanmohib7@gmail.com or visit our store with your item and proof of purchase.
2. Approval: Once we inspect the item and confirm eligibility, we will process the exchange.
3. Selection: Choose another item of equal or greater value (additional payment required for higher-priced items).
4. Processing Time: In-store exchanges are processed immediately. Online exchanges may take 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges due to defects or errors on our part.
