  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Refunds will only be issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be refunded unless there is a defect or error on our part.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all refund requests.

  • We do not offer cash refunds; all refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returning items, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
