Return & Exchange Policy

Only New Unused Items Will Be Replaced Or Returned.

Used item Will Not Be Replaced Or Returned Back.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • You contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories.

Note:
Returns are not accepted for items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or unsealed earphones, earbuds, or other hygiene-related products

  • Charging cables, data cables, or adapters that show signs of use

  • Sale, promotional, or clearance items


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

  • If approved, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be made through your original payment method (or store credit, if applicable).

If your return is rejected (e.g., due to product misuse or incomplete packaging), we will notify you and return the item back to you.


4. Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll be happy to replace it at no additional cost.
To arrange an exchange, please contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the issue.


5. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may still request a return after receiving it, following the conditions above.

  • Reason for Return

  • Photos or Video Proof (if product is defective or damaged)

7. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect.
