We strive to deliver your mobile accessories quickly, safely, and efficiently all across Pakistan. Please review our shipping and delivery policy below.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been shipped.


2. Delivery Time

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan.
Estimated delivery times are:

Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.) 2–4 working days
Other Areas 4–7 working days
Remote or Rural Areas Up to 8 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier service, weather conditions, or public holidays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges are applied at checkout based on your delivery location.

  • Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions on selected products or order amounts — keep an eye out for these offers!


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery service across Pakistan for your convenience.
Please ensure someone is available at your address to receive and pay for the parcel upon delivery.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we’ll share your tracking number via SMS or email.
You can use this tracking number to check your order status on the courier’s website.


6. Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time:

  1. Check the tracking information provided.

  2. Contact the courier service directly for updates.

  3. If you still need assistance, email us at uptimeaccessories@gmail.com, and our team will help resolve the issue.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video as proof.
We’ll review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund (as per our Refund Policy).


8. Change of Address

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us before your order is shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.
